If we met a decade ago, we’d probably never talk about photography. If we met five years ago, the topic of marketing wouldn't have come up. If we met just a few years ago, I can guarantee it wouldn’t be while I was giving a keynote speech.

A significant majority of my life has consisted of spontaneously traveling down unknown roads; each one I’ve taken has branched into a multitude of new experiences and life changes for which I am extremely grateful to have been a part of.

I’ve always found it interesting how children have so many ideas for what they want to become when they are an adult. Yet as they get older, their vision for what they want to be often becomes narrowed and selective. Thus they no longer have dreams of achieving the impossible. Rather, sense and reason has conditioned them to aim towards what is readily available.

So in many ways, I like to think that I never grew up. There are just too many interesting things to be passionate about. From photography, to writing, to marketing, to public speaking; I don’t look at it as a division of my time. I look at it as surrounding myself with opportunities. My dream is that I never limit myself from what could be achieved by traveling down another unknown road.
